Frequently Asked Questions

We have a strict policy on *NO SHOWS* and* LATE CANCELLATIONS*. We do require a credit card on file to book the appointment. We do request that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to reschedule or cancel to avoid a cancellation charge. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you don’t call to cancel your appointment or don’t show, you’ll be charged 100% for the scheduled service.

 

You have 5 calendar days to exchange an item(s) from the date you purchase them for either another product, or store credit if you have *not already opened or used* the item. No Refunds will be given for products, gift cards, services or service packages.
